Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange and refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional Replacement conditions:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The replacement will not be granted if any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts when we receive your returned item and any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product within 24 hours of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your product replacement.
We will only grant exchange of the products if it returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact, packaging and invoice.
If you are approved, then your new replaced product will be processed and will be shipped. All the tracking details will also be shared on the contact method you provided.
Refunds (if applicable):
We provide refunds for the following cases:
1. If orders or item which is out of stock or currently not available.
2. If you have changed your mind and cancelled the order within 24 hours from your order placed.
3. Please note that if order is already delivered and you still want to cancel your order, you should contact us within 24 hours of the delivery, and the product must be in unused & its original condition.(if there any damage causes while delivery unfortunately we cant process your refund and will provide replacement instead.)
Once your product returned to us we will approve your refund, we will contact you and process your money refund and the full order amount will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It can take up to 7-10 days in certain cases.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges and Return Shipping(if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 5000 rupees, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If we receive your cancellation request before the product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount to you within 7 working days of receiving your request.
