Shipping Policy

General Information:
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original payment method.

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays. Date of delivery and delivery time may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Usually, the delivery is done in 3-7 business days. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments (if ordered multiple items).

Damaged items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at Info@reluks.com including details such as order ID and reference number.

Tracking Packages:
If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your package by clicking our delivery partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to 24-48 hours in some cases,
so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates in on their website.
You can track your order at any time online via our order status page which is named as "Track Order". You will need to provide the order number.

Non Availability on Delivery:
Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure,
you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.

Proof on Delivery:
For some delivery locations & for some high-value products, our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for delivering the good.
